Who We Are

Members of the Ochlockonee River Water Trail who live in the south Georgia north Florida area love our rivers and the outdoors. ORWT has developed a presence over the last few years with the help of individuals and organizations who value the river as a regional resource. Annually we participate in river clean-ups, sponsor paddles and provide education and support to the community. We are honored to collaborate with and be supported by other regional organizations like Golden Triangle Resource, Conservation and Development, Thomas University, Tall Timbers Research Station and Land Conservancy, WFSU-TV , Birdsong Nature Center and the Grady County Commission.
